Stephen Bright - new Group CEO of
NPG Wealth Management

Luxembourg – January 1st, 2012 – NPG Wealth Management announced today that Stephen Bright has been appointed Group Chief Executive Officer. He succeeds Thierry Porté, who now takes up the position of Executive Chairman of NPG Wealth Management.

Mr. Bright has valuable experience leading businesses in insurance and banking in the United Kingdom and Europe. Over the past two years, he has played an important role in managing the processes of change and improvement at NPG Wealth Management in his role as Group Managing Director and through his work with the Executive Committee.

These changes will further strengthen the management and governance of NPG Wealth Management.
