Institutional Sales Associate (Nordic Markets)
(permanent contract)
The job:
To focus on developing long term profitable business relationships for all parties involved – and have identified that each Institutional Business Partner following an agreed launch period should be able generating new sales.
Main responsibilities:
- To offer to our Institutional Partners tax and legal compliant cross-border life insurance and pension savings products from the life insurance entities within the group – primarily Luxembourg and Ireland.
- To offer products mainly used as part of the wealth planning solution offered by our business partners to their portfolio of HNWI clients being domiciled and tax resident in one of our core countries.
- To work in coordination with the Institutional Sales Department Head who has the overall responsibility for the portfolio of Institutional Business Partners.
- To be the point of contact for the day-to-day business with the Institutional Business Partners.
- To coordinate link to the internal departments as middle-office, marketing, product development, actuary, tax & Legal, and Compliance.
- To provide general support to the Institutional Sales Department Head with regard to preparation of sales supportive materials to seminars, joint-meetings etc.
- Any other duties that would be given by the Manager or due to a circumstance in the interest of the Business.
- To provide Internal Training including support from Tax & Legal and Compliance when reading and presenting the GTC on all our products etc.
Your Profile
- University level degree.
- At least 3 - 5 years of previous successful experience in a similar function.
- Fluent English and Norwegian/Swedish. Additional languages as Dutch or French are a strong asset.
- Strong all-round communication skills.
- Respect the need for confidentiality and discretion.
- Good communication skills.
- Team player opened to multicultural and multilingual diversity.
- Capable of working independently as well as within a team.

Dedicated Funds Associate
(Fixed Term Contract -12 months)
Tasks & responsibilities:
Administration and service of wealth planning solutions to HNWI, involving a life insurance wrapper and/or a pension plan. Administration/Service to be provided to clients, external
business partners and internal departments within the NPG Group. Improvement, development and implementation of business procedures. Main focus will be on the
polyvalence on all markets.
MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
- Dedicated funds and Pension policy management.
- Handling of correspondence with clients and business partners in coordination with the Sales forces either linked to policy administration or procedures.
- Coordination with Compliance and Tax & Legal on the setup and maintenance of the policies.
- Business partners relations and Assist in setting up new relationship with potential business partners.
- Administration procedures: Development and improvement of Business Procedures, Policies and Working Instructions within the Administration.
- Participation in Business Development projects at Group level.
Your Profile
- At least 2 to 5 years experience in the financial sector within life insurance and/or Pension industry. Ideally also with experience of servicing dedicated fund business, including investments into unlisted equities.
- Team player.
- Customer focused.
- Organized and accurate.
- Fluent in English, Dutch or any Scandinavian language is a strong asset.

Marketing & Sales Associate
(permanent contract)
The job:
- Work in direct collaboration with the Sales & Marketing Department Head.
- To ensure that all items (products/projects/complaints, etc…) from a sales and marketing perspective are managed.
- Prepare MIS on sales (new sales, outflows, AUM, quality indicators, etc…).
Main responsibilities:
- Prepare Group Sales & Marketing monthly activity report.
- Coordinate inflow from Group sales and business propositions. Gather sales requirements on existing/target market needs and liaise with Product team on the definition of product specifications, gathering of legal and regulatory information and risk identifying.
- Gather sales needs on Group public and secured web functionalities for existing/target markets, on corporate support material requirements and liaise with Marketing.
- Request regular update on the Group’s core product matrix and catalogue.
- In charge of all the administrative support work necessary to facilitate her activities.
- Communicate with internal and external contacts in a professional and timely manner.
- Respect and enforce the required level of confidentiality at all times.
- Supporting occasional special projects as required by the business and group’s strategy.
Your Profile
Academic knowledge, Education level & Work experience:
- University level degree.
- At least 3 - 5 years of previous successful experience in a similar function.
Technical Skills:
- Fluent English and French. Additional languages as Dutch and German are a strong asset.
- Master MS Office and outlook software and work effectively with email and electronic agendas.

BCS Sweden Associate
(Fixed Term Contract)
The job:
- Handle the administration of the client’s policies and provide clients, brokers and sales teams with a quality support.
- Issue Policy Schedules for new clients.
MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
- Daily data entry into the contract administration system and control of the newly received client instructions, such as surrenders, switches and administrative changes.
- Ensure the timely execution of the client instructions with the highest respect of the Compliance procedures.
- Frequent contact with brokers, clients and Quality Service Desk & Sales Consultants on administrative matters.
- Sending new policy schedules and confirmation of all transactions via annex document.
- Support the IT development team by means of testing of Business processes.
YOUR PROFILE:
- At least 1 to 2 years experience in a similar position would be considered an advantage.

Compliance Associate
(Fixed Term Contract)
The job:
- Ensures that the company complies with all relevant laws, codes, rules, regulations and standards of good market practice in Luxembourg and any other jurisdiction where it operates.
- Preserves the company from the reputation risk.
MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
- Conduct daily controls regarding AML/KYC matters (review of files for acceptance, review of transactions, review of other AML controls)
- Report to MLRO complex cases for which a detailed analysis is needed
- Prepare internal compliance reporting if needed
- Participate in the monitoring of the distribution networks
- Conduct other compliance controls in accordance with the code of conduct and Group Compliance Policies and Procedures
- Participate in specific compliance projects and in the preparation of compliance related procedures.
Profile
Academic knowledge, Education level & Work experience:
- First experience within Financial services (preferably Life Insurance) with specific experience in compliance and anti-money laundering related area.
- Bachelor in Law or Economics.
- Other education may be considered depending on the profile of the candidate.
Technical Skills:
- Fluent English and French. Additional languages as Dutch or Swedish are a strong asset.
- Master MS Office and outlook software and work effectively with email and electronic agendas.
- Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, rules and standards applicable to the financial sector.
