NPG Wealth Management is a Luxembourg-based financial group specialised in the provision of financial solutions through the use of investment based life assurance products with minimal residual guarantee. The Group targets mass-affluent and high net-worth private clients, principally in Europe, and distributes its products through independent intermediaries, such as brokers, financial advisers, family offices and institutional partners.

As at the end December 2010, NPG Wealth Management served some 50,000 clients and employed around 200 people throughout Europe.

NPG wealth Management was created late 2006 through a series of acquisitions of companies with a much longer trading history.
